SHIPPING POLICY
JES CHEV USES AUSTRALIA POST FOR ALL DELIVERIES IN AUSTRALIA & OS.
All parcels will be delivered to the provided shipping address. Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.
It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours, as in most cases, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected. Parcels will be dispatched once payment has been processed.
Parcels are sent on Wednesdays & Fridays.

At Jes Chev you have 14 days to return your items (some exclusion apply) for a full refund or exchange as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase. If the product has been open this will not be eligible for a refund. The refund will be provided using your original payment method.
