SERVICE BOOKINGS

BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY 

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of an appointment or a missed appointment, the full appointment value will be charged. If last minute cancellation occurs due to menstruation 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. If you are expecting your period then best to schedule outside of your expected cycle date. If you cancel your appointment from 24 hours + onwards the 50% deposit will be refunded to you.

RESCHEDULING

Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time at no additional charge. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the booking deposit will be kept or a fee of 50% of the total treatment cost will be charged.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 5-10 mins before your appointment so you can find adequate parking. If you are running late for your treatment and it impacts the next appointment, your treatment time will be cut short.
