“It’s my passion to align people with their true nature & encourage a state of balance through ayurveda & holistic health”
Ayurveda sparked my attention when I traveled to India in 2014, for a meditation retreat in Rishikesh. I was blown away by the beautiful culture and qualities of friendliness, generosity, and joy. I observed that Indian people work diligently and live a simple life - this was appealing to me.
Prior to understanding the word ‘Ayurveda’, I had read some books about it that triggered my curiosity. I began to form knowledge about the basic principles of Ayurveda, but it wasn’t until my first trip to India that curiosity turned into passion. Something shifted within me and I realised that there was a deep desire pulling me to study Ayurveda and not Fashion anymore. I felt I wanted to be of service to people and to help them be their best and flourish in life.
I stumbled across the Raju family and their Panchakarma clinic and realised I had to go and experience what they had to offer. Excitedly, I booked a flight and returned to India the following year for my first Panchakarma Detox Program in 2015. This experience solidified my love of Ayurveda and I witnessed first hand, its healing benefits.
I enrolled in David Frawley’s Ayurveda course online, where I began to develop a comprehensive knowledge of Ayurveda, I wanted to learn and train more though.
In 2017, I applied for and was accepted into the scholarship program for the Advanced Diploma in Ayurveda at AIAS institute. Since there, I have dived into learning and practising Ayurveda which has completely transformed myself and my life. I will continue on this path and endeavour to inspire whoever comes into contact with me; and I hope to truly inspire people to experience optimal wellbeing and the benefits Ayurveda has to offer.
