Jes Chev brings exceptional expertise as an Ayurvedic Practitioner who has devoted years to mastering this ancient healing system, including privileged training with the renowned Raju Family in Hyderabad, India. Her culinary journey spans decades—evolving from creating memorable dinner parties for friends to curating transformative experiences for private retreats and wellness events.

Every dish is crafted with seasonal awareness and Ayurvedic wisdom, carefully balancing the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—to nurture optimal wellbeing for all guests. This tri-doshic approach ensures our food not only delights the palate but also brings harmony to every physiology, creating a dining experience that truly balances, nourishes, and uplifts.

Our Menu Offers

  • Specialised Ayurvedic menu planning according to the seasons

  • Organic & local produce supporting local farmers and businesses. Our meals prepared are vegetarian, we are happy to cater omnivore options

  • High quality organic and cold-pressed oils used in cooking | hand-made ghee, cold pressed coconut oil & extra virgin olive oil (no seed oils used)

  • All natural sugars used such as dates, maple syrup or coconut sugar (no processed white sugar’s used)

  • Filtered water used throughout our cooking

  • All our meals prepared with love, awareness, and intention.

Booking guidelines

To secure your booking  

30% payment must be made upfront when confirming your booking.

Final payment must be made 14 days prior to the booking.

Cancellations 14 days prior to the booking will forfeit the deposit due to the date saved.

Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the booking will forfeit full payment.

Final confirmation of numbers no later than 5 days before the event. If guest numbers increase after final payment a follow up invoice will be sent.
