Spice Up Your Chai
Ayurvedic 5 Spice Chai - Hand Blended
Activates digestion, balances blood sugar levels, and helps with sugar cravings. Can use vegan milk and caffeine-free tea alternatives for this recipe.
3 STEP CHAI (SERVES 2)
Add 1 tbsp of chai mix and 1 tbsp of fresh ginger to 1 cup of water and bring to the boil
Add 2 tsp of sugar and boil for another 30-60 seconds
Add 1 tbsp of black tea (or 2 tea bags) and 1.5 cups of milk of your choice, bring to the boil, and strain
* Once cow’s milk starts to froth up that means it’s properly boiled
* Add the tea and milk together: this releases the tannins of the tea
