Through this in-depth journey of examining the body & mind, the practitioner will take an extensive personal and medical history, including questions about daily diet, lifestyle habits, profession, exercise, relationships, and mental health. 

This thorough intake helps the practitioner to identify key symptoms and potential causes of imbalance (vrikruti) and offer interventions using a suitable diet, herbs, treatments, yoga, and meditation to re-establish inner balance and harmony. Based on this assessment, a personalised health program is designed for you where you will receive an Ayurvedic Plan.

Following your specific Ayurvedic plan will empower you to reconnect with yourself on all levels (physically, emotionally, and psychologically). Through this process, the body instinctively begins removing the accumulation of toxins and stress which has built up over time. This is a very important process we all need to do and understand. By removing these layers of stress and toxins from the body allows you to become self-sufficient, and more aware, and expand your consciousness in developing more subtly with your surroundings.
